Abrasive belts are coated abrasives widely used in the processing of metal and non-metal materials. Their applications can be summarized into the following five categories:
Metal Sheet Processing (3): Used for rough grinding and polishing of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, aluminum plates, copper plates, etc., especially suitable for processing complex surfaces (such as engine blades, turbine blades).
In furniture manufacturing and metal products, abrasive belts can efficiently complete surface treatments such as sanding and wire drawing on sheets.
Wood and Composite Materials (10): Suitable for grinding and polishing wood products such as plywood, particleboard, decorative panels, and medium-density fiberboard, as well as surface treatment of non-metallic composite materials such as leather and insulation boards.
Non-metallic Product Processing: Widely used for high-precision, low-roughness processing of non-metallic materials such as ceramics, plastics, rubber, and stone, such as the cross-sections of engine gearbox bodies and the surface treatment of precision mechanical parts.
Wire Drawing and Surface Treatment: Used in conjunction with a wire drawing machine, it can complete the wire drawing process of metal sheets such as aluminum and copper plates, improving surface gloss and aesthetics.
High-efficiency machining scenarios: Rapid grinding of large areas and complex surfaces is achieved through wide abrasive belts (50-2000mm width), with a production efficiency of up to 1000m²/h. Suitable for high-end fields such as aerospace and shipbuilding.
